We guarantee that any hamper can be prepared as Vegan, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free or Alcohol Free. Most gifts are also available for Halal, Nut Free and Soy Free diets.

We guarantee your recipient will love their gift. If they’re not delighted, they can contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll either replace the hamper or refund the order, no stress, no fuss.
To keep things fair, the guarantee must be requested by the recipient themselves, and we will ask for a photo, reason and the order reference. It applies once per order and doesn’t cover gifts damaged after delivery, perishable items past their shelf life, or hampers not stored as instructed.

Yes. Every EDEN & CO. hamper can be delivered straight to the recipient’s door, simply enter their address in the delivery details at checkout.
Each gift is shipped in our discreet protective outer to preserve the surprise, with no pricing or paperwork inside. Add your message, select the delivery date, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If the recipient isn’t home, our courier will leave a calling card and, if a mobile number was entered at checkout, send a text message with instructions for redelivery or collection.
You can rearrange delivery for a convenient date, or collect from your nearest post office or DPD parcel shop.
If a parcel is returned to us after multiple attempts, we can arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
