Next Day Delivery is Free on orders over £30, and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

All gifts ordered before 4pm Mon-Fri or 12 noon Saturday are sent via gifts are sent the same day.

95% of orders arrive the next day with this service. However, If you need to guarantee Next Day delivery. Please use UPS Guaranteed Delivery for weekdays, and Saturday Delivery for Saturdays, as shown at the checkout.

We deliver 7 days a week (excluding Bank Holidays). Because thoughtful gifting should never feel last-minute.

We promise a minimum of 2+ months on each product, upon delivery. However, most have 4+ months.

You can also use any of our carefully curated hampers, experiences and gifts as a foundation, and add your own finishing touches. We'll ensure it's beautifully presented and feels truly personal.

Yes. All of our gifts are built to suit almost any preference or dietary requirement, without compromising on taste or quality.

Every gift is available as Vegan, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Dairy Free or Alcohol Free, with allergen and dietary information stated clearly on each product page. If you don't see what you need there, or you're choosing for someone with a specific requirement, get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.

We guarantee your recipient will love their gift. If they’re not delighted, they can contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll either replace the hamper or refund the order.

To keep things fair, the guarantee must be requested by the recipient themselves, and we will ask for a photo, reason and the order reference. It applies once per order and doesn’t cover gifts damaged after delivery or gifts not stored as instructed.

Yes. You can choose your preferred delivery date on each product page before adding the hamper to your basket. Please note that orders placed after 4pm on weekdays or 12pm on Saturdays will be processed the next working day.

If you need guaranteed next-day arrival, we recommend selecting a premium service such as UPS Guaranteed or Royal Mail Saturday Delivery, which can be easily upgraded at checkout. This ensures your gift arrives exactly when you need it, with full tracking provided.

If you’re ordering multiple hampers of the same style, just repeat the process for each gift.

Selecting a 'chosen date' is optional but supersedes any shipping service you chose at checkout, e.g. UPS Next Day will be used for the date you request.

Yes. Every EDEN & CO. hamper can be delivered straight to the recipient’s door, simply enter their address in the delivery details at checkout.

Each gift is shipped in our discreet protective postal box to preserve the surprise, with no pricing or paperwork inside. Add your message, select the delivery date, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If the recipient isn’t home, our courier will leave a calling card and, if a mobile number was entered at checkout, send a text message with instructions for redelivery or collection.

You can rearrange delivery for a convenient date, or collect from your nearest post office or UPS parcel shop.

If a parcel is returned to us after multiple attempts, we can arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Full tracking is included with every order so you can stay informed at every step.

Yes. Live shipping rates, including any duties and levies, are calculated at checkout, so you'll see the exact cost upfront before you pay, no surprises on delivery.
